我是一名电商平台的产品经理，高中的时候我的同学也是我最好的朋友告诉我有一个足球经理游戏-HT，值得一试。

You play since 2016; How has the growth of the «Chinese community» been these years? They look very strong today.

Yes, but 2016 is’nt my first time play HT, as I said in the question #1, that was 2009, AFK because of the collage entrance examination.

To be honest, our scale is getting smaller compared with 2016, but you can see that Solusek_Ro and some other mangers made a great contribution on it.

You’ve two mandates of chenxiaolin as his assistant; do you plan to run for elections in the future?

No, I haven’t plan to run on it, because I’m got busy on my work and daily life.

Impressive Qualifying Phase with 13 wins and 1 draw; How is this achieved? What structure do they have?

Thanks, we were very lucky in the Qualifying Phase, Poland, Latvian, Switzerland are such strong team with many medals. Especially Poland, we have played with team 2 times in past 3 sessions, hard to get points in matches against with Poland.

Face with these strong team, we must read their past games and players carefully, that is a huge workload, we spent much time on every Friday to collect all the information, chenxiaolin did most of it, then, our team will do a detailed discussion before the match.

谢谢，小组赛我们很幸运，波兰，拉脱维亚，瑞士都很强，都拿过奖牌。特别是波兰，过去三届我们和波兰两次分在一组，跟他们比赛很难拿分。

面对强队我们必须仔细研究他们的比赛和球员，工作量很大，每周五我们都会花很多时间来搜集所有的信息，chenxiaolin负责大部分的工作，然后我们团队会在开赛前仔细讨论。

It’s understood that the project began with the previous mandate, where they were able to mold a champion team; what real expectations did they have?

Players are the most important part. We need all who can train our players well and follow our training plan (now and furture). A story from my own, I joined NT group in early 2018 as winger scout, for then, we didn’t even have enough winger players in every age, then chenxiaolin and me spared no effort to find out all the potential ones and send trusted managers to take them to train as we wanted.

We expected to be top 8, but when we get to the semifinals, what we all want is the championship.

球员是最重要的部分。我们需要所有能按照计划训练球员的球队，现在和将来都需要。讲一个我自己的故事吧，我是2018年初作为边锋球探加入国家队团队的，当时，每个年龄段甚至都没有足够的球员，chenxiaolin和我用尽全力寻找潜力球员然后让可靠的经理去接手训练成我们想要的样子。

What is the «sports ceiling» of the Chinese Team? How do yours face this current World Cup?

 For now I think Chinese Team’s performance limit is qualifying from the first stage.

We must focus on every matches, do what we can do then enjoy the match.

Talking about you and your team; At this moment you’re the leader in your league (III), what’s your project and main objectives?

Ans- I just downgrade last season, two season ago I got champion in league (II.4), but lose the playoff with DE team, because of the stamina (also team from top league was too strong), maybe 3 seasons later, when my young mans will reach 28yo, I’ll go up again, my only objective for my club is to up to DE and beat chenxiaolin in my home match, ahahaha.

我上赛季刚降级，两赛季前我拿到了II.4的冠军，但是输掉了晋级附加赛，因为体能太差（顶级联赛的球队也非常强），也许3赛季后，当我队里的年轻人到28岁的时候，我会再次冲击，我唯一的目标就是进入DE联赛并在主场战胜chenxiaolin，哈哈哈哈。

I always like to ask the interviewees about their favorite Real Soccer teams, in your case the “Chengdu Tiancheng FC”, which disolved in 2014. Would you take a “HT X-ray” of the team you remember the most?

My favorite real football team is Manchester United.I want to give them some SC training in HT(just a joke).

To finish the interview; if the Hattrick leadership (HT-Tasos / HT-Johan) granted them “a wish” to be world champions; What change would you ask them to make in the game? What would they improve?

Oh, I will say I love the Unpredictables, don’t ruin hims with various bug.

To be serious, HT need to solve the users retention problem, many users played one day and became Bots after 7 weeks, I suggest to give new users some reward for continuous daily landing or some other ways to make users being addict to HT.

认真的讲，HT需要解决用户留存问题，许多用户玩了一天然后在7周后变成机器人，我建议给新用户一些连续日常登记的奖励或者一些其他让用户对HT上瘾的方式。
